Once we receive your booking details, we will review them and send your confirmation and next steps.
When your confirmation is finalized, we will send you details on how you can make your payment using the options below:
- Digital & Mobile: Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle
1. Booking Deposit: A 50% booking deposit is required to hold your vehicle. The remaining 50% balance is due by your pickup date. For example, if the total amount for the week is $250, a $125 booking fee is required, and the remaining $125 is due at pickup.
2. Security Deposit: A $250 refundable security deposit is required upon pickup. The deposit may be used to cover any of the following:
- Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you do not show up, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Additional Mileage Charges: Excess miles driven beyond the agreed allowance.
- Physical Damage or Missing Equipment: New scratches, dents, or cracked windshields found upon return.
- Fuel Shortages: Returning the vehicle with less fuel than when it was picked up.
- Late Returns: Keeping the car past your agreed return time.
- Cleaning Fees: Excessive dirt, stains, or evidence of smoking inside the vehicle.
- Fines and Outstanding Charges: Any unpaid tolls, traffic fines, or administrative fees incurred during the rental period.
